If you’re dealing with stubborn black streaks on your Scamp (or any fiberglass trailer), this video is for you! I’ll show you how I simplified my entire wash routine into two easy steps using products that actually work—no endless scrubbing, no harsh chemicals. Just a cleaner, shinier trailer with way less effort. After trying a bunch of things that didn’t deliver, I finally found products that take the hard work out of it. This quick method is now part of my go-to routine before and after adventures. Bonus: it’s gentle on fiberglass and works great on Scamps and all RVs.

Wow! This was awesome! Thank you!! When Flint Scampi will definitely need a bath when she gets home. The caulk at the belly band is awful. Who ever caulked it last slopped caulk all over. I have discovered if I let her sit in the sun the caulk softens & I can use a plastic putty knife to remove the excess caulk. (Hack: if you have left your broom standing on the brissles & they get all gnarly, lay the broom flat on the sidewalk or driveway in the “hot” sun. The brissles will lay flat.) I hope my caulk cleans up half as well as yours did. She really needs to be professionally shined up, but I have high hopes that with these products & the Maguire wax or polish will shine her right up.

    1. That’s such a great tip—thank you for sharing it!! ☀️ I never would’ve thought to soften the caulk in the sun like that, but it makes total sense. And that broom hack? GENIUS. I’m absolutely going to try that!

Flint Scampi is lucky to have such a dedicated detailer on her side! 😄 I’m sure with your patience (and a little elbow grease) she’s going to be gleaming in no time. The Meguiar’s polish should definitely help bring that shine back too—cheering you on from the sudsy sidelines! 💪🚿✨
