Returns & Exchanges

Thank you so much for supporting my tiny, growing shop! Every order you place helps keep the Backcountry Dirtbag & Scamper Life adventure rolling, and I want you to love what you receive. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.

🛠️ Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a printing error, arrives damaged, or the product itself is defective, I’ve got you covered.

Because my shop is fulfilled through Printful, they will reprint or replace any item that has a production issue.

To ensure a smooth and speedy resolution, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the problem (misprint, damage, etc.)


Once I submit the claim to Printful, they will verify the issue and ship you a replacement at no cost.

Note: Printful requires photo documentation to approve replacements, so including pictures in your first message helps move things along quickly.

📦 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, Printful charges a reshipment fee. I’m not able to cover reshipping for address errors, so please double-check your address at checkout.

If a package shows as “delivered” but you can’t locate it:

Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom

Contact your local post office with the tracking number

Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark “delivered” early)


While I cannot replace items that are lost after delivery, I’ll do everything I can to help you track it down.

🔄 Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse

Because every item in my store is made to order just for you, I’m unable to offer exchanges or returns for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong color

• Buyer’s remorse

• Deciding you no longer want the item


I know online shopping can be tricky, so I do my best to include accurate size guides and product photos. If you have questions before ordering, I’m always happy to help.
